Victoria Barrett's short stories have appeared in The Normal School, Monkeybicycle, Colorado Review, Confrontation, The Massachusetts Review, Monkeybicycle, and Puerto del Sol. Her essays, humor writing, political articles, and criticism have appeared in Salon, Gay Magazine, Washington Post, and Maximum Middle Age, among other outlets. Her content development work includes web and document design, copywriting, branding, content development, blog posts, white papers, ebooks, and more. She currently serves as marketing manager at Cascadeo, a public cloud managed and professional services and generative AI firm. She earned an MFA in fiction writing from New Mexico State University in 2002. Victoria lives and writes in the Herron-Morton historic neighborhood of Indianapolis, and was the editor and publisher of Engine Books from 2011 to 2022. | ||
